Privacy Policy.

If you pay

• Your email address. Whop collects it at checkout and passes it to us with the payment confirmation. We keep it with the payment record so we can match refunds, disputes, and support requests to the right payment. We never show it on the site, sell it, or use it for marketing. Your receipt comes from Whop.
• Payment details. Card and bank details go to Whop, never to us. We receive a payment ID, the amount, and whether it succeeded, was refunded, or was disputed. See Whop's privacy policy.
• What you claimed. The link you pasted, the category, and the amount. This is stored when you start checkout, even if you don't finish paying. It doesn't include anything about you.

If you're listed

A listing shows public information: for a creator, the handle, profile link, and public profile photo; for a business, the website's name, one-line description, and logo as published on the site. To get these we read the public profile page or website, or ask a lookup service (see below). We also show the total paid, rank, clicks, and dates. Anyone listed can ask for removal on the removal page.

If you just visit

• Visits. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and records pages viewed, where you came from, and your country, device, and browser type, only as totals. It doesn't identify you.
• The “online” number. Each open tab joins a live channel on Supabase under a random ID that changes every visit. Nothing is saved once you leave.
• Clicks. When you open a listing from the board, we add one to its click count. We don't record who clicked, and we skip known bots.
• Server logs. Our hosting providers keep standard logs, such as IP address and browser type, for a short time for security and to keep the site running.
• Messages. If you email us, for example to ask for a removal, we keep the conversation as long as needed to deal with it.

Who we share data with

Only the services needed to run the site, each under its own privacy terms:

• Whop, to run checkout and confirm payments;
• Vercel, to host the site and count visits;
• Supabase, to store the board and run the live “online” count;
• Meta's official Instagram API, unavatar.io, Google's favicon service, and GitHub, to fetch public profile photos and logos for listings;
• our email provider, to receive and answer messages.

Some of these services store data outside India, mainly in the United States. We don't sell personal data. We may disclose it if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Payment records, including the payer's email, are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Listings stay until they're removed. After that, they're hidden but kept with their payment history.
• Messages are kept as long as needed to handle them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or raise a complaint, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and any other law that applies to you, such as the GDPR. Email support@claimfame.lol and we'll respond within 30 days. Some payment records must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete them.

Children

The site is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
