Terms of Service.

What the site is

claimfame.lol is a public leaderboard of creators and businesses. Anyone can pay to put a listing on the board or move it up. Rank depends only on the total amount paid for a listing, as described in the Rules, which are part of these terms. If the Rules and these terms disagree, these terms win.

Listings are paid placements. They are not reviews, endorsements, rankings of quality, or statements about the person or business listed. We are not affiliated with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, or anyone on the board.

Who can use it

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement.
• If you pay on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to act for it.
• You can't use the site if the law, including sanctions rules, bars you from doing so.

Payments

• Checkout is run by Whop. We never see or store your card or bank details. Whop's terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment itself.
• Amounts are whole US dollars: $1 or more for a new listing, $1 or more to raise one, and up to $999,999 per payment. Checkout may show the price in your local currency and add taxes or fees. The final total is always shown before you pay.
• What you buy is placement on the board. It starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. A rank is never guaranteed to last: anyone can pay more and move above it, and the Today board resets at midnight UTC.
• Your rank is set when the payment is confirmed, not when you open checkout. If someone else pays while you're checking out, your amount still counts, but you may land at a different rank than the one you aimed for.
• Payments are final, except as set out in our Refund Policy or where the law requires otherwise.
• If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, that amount comes off the listing's total and its rank changes to match.

Listings

• You can list a public Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or X profile, or a public website, app, or product. You can list your own, or someone you're a fan of. Fans paying to push a creator up is part of the game.
• For each listing we show public information: the handle and profile photo, or the website's name, description, and logo, plus the category picked by whoever listed it first.
• You must not use a listing to harass, impersonate, or mislead anyone. Don't list profiles of minors, sexual or adult content, gambling, scams, malware, chat or invite links, or anything illegal.
• Anyone listed can ask us to remove their listing on the removal page. Removed listings stay off the board and can't be claimed again.

Names, logos, and photos

Names, handles, logos, and profile photos on the board belong to their owners. We show them only to identify what's listed and where it links, never to suggest that the owner sponsors or endorses the site. The claimfame name, logo, and design are ours.

By listing something, you let us show it and the public information we fetch for it on the board, on listing pages, and on share cards, for as long as it's listed.

Our right to remove listings

We may hide, re-categorize, or remove any listing at any time, with or without notice. For example, when we think it breaks these terms, the Rules, or the law, when the person or business listed asks us to, or when it creates legal or safety risk. Removal does not entitle anyone to a refund, except as set out in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site. No scraping beyond normal browsing, faking clicks, automated claims, attempts to break or bypass its rules or security, fraudulent payments, or stolen payment methods.

No promises about results

The site is provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, or that a listing will bring followers, clicks, customers, or any other result. Click counts and visitor numbers show what our systems recorded; they may not be exact.

Links on the board lead to other sites with their own terms. We're not responsible for them, and we don't check that listed businesses or their claims are genuine.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the listing concerned in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.

If your listing, your payment, or your breach of these terms leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.

Changes

We may change these terms, the Rules, prices, or minimums. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from that date; a payment already made stays under the terms that applied when you made it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India. If you're a consumer, you keep any protection the law of your own country gives you that can't be waived. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
